FM Editor Live (FMEL) 2016 is a simple real time editor for Football Manager 2016. It allows you to edit data of your loaded FM16 save-game on the fly. This application also works with the FM Touch mode. It can be used to transfer budgets (season and remaining), wave budget, edit overall balance, etc.
